
GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) Philippines signs new three year CBA with GSK One Union.
GSK Philippines and GSK One Union has renewed a three-year collective bargaining agreement, lauded as the fastest settlement in the company’s history. Duncan Association of Detailmen, the union of GSK’s affiliate company Duncan Pharmaceuticals also signed the agreement. Acknowledging the efforts of those responsible for the expeditious negotiation, GSK President and Managing Director Rick Gain (seated, third from left) reiterated the company’s commitment to employees’ welfare. Speaking for GSK One Union, Lamberto P. Daplas Jr., Union President (seated, fourth from left), thanked the management for finding a win-win situation in addressing their concerns. The conflict-free CBA negotiation is seen as compelling proof of company unity and the “One GSK, Our GSK” culture in action, a key success factor for one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical and healthcare companies, in delivering on their commitment to consumers and the industry.
